Please note that we charge a fee for No shows, late cancellation, and late rebooking if you change your appointment within 24 hours before your booking. A waiver is available by contacting us below and will be at the full discretion of the Treatment Coordinator on a case-to-case basis. This is to ensure that we give the appointments to those who genuinely need it the most.
