COST AND TIMINGS

Free delivery when you spend £100 and over, £5.00 for orders under £100. Exceptions apply to large items being delivered to UK mainland locations.

SMALLER ITEMS

Smaller items are usually delivered within 5 working days, Monday to Saturday, 7.30 am - 6 pm. Some couriers may deliver slightly earlier or later.

Once your item has left our warehouse, we’ll send you an email with tracking information.

Couriers we use for standard deliveries include Isle of Man Post Office, Manx Independent Carriers, DHL and DPD.

LARGER ORDERS

Larger orders of more than £500, including dental or orthodontic appliances, will either be delivered by InfiniTeam Partners or one of our approved suppliers. 

We cover the whole Isle of Man and when you place an order you’ll have the option to Click and Collect or to go for Delivery as you’re going through checkout.

Free Isle of Man standard delivery takes from 3 working days, and the exact lead time we’ll offer you during checkout depends on your postcode and the availability of delivery slots at that time.  The delivery slots are:

• Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm  

• Saturday  10am - 3pm

We'll contact you by email a day before your shipping date to confirm the correct address.
