During these unprecedented times, we may have to change policies and procedures in regards to your treatments. For example, you might need to wear a mask, call us when you arrive, check your temperature with a thermal scanner and ask you a series of Covid - related questions during and a day before your appointment. You will also need to come to your appointment alone or with only one guardian if you are a minor or if you have a disability. Our in-house toilets will only be available for staff, although, there are several toilets on every floor of our building. Serving of refreshments may not also be available for guests and patients to minimise contact and social distancing may be in place. Could we also ask you to pay by card, Apple Pay or use our virtual terminal as cash payments will not be encouraged at these times? Because your safety is our utmost priority, we may also do virtual consultations if you are isolating or within the same household who are isolating. We cannot accept "walk-in" patients. Please book well in advance to avoid disappointment or just call us to be added to the waiting list.
